    Nice place - will be better when the construction is finalised on the remaining blocks.
    This place offers a great location for a family or small group, it's a 15 minute walk into the old town. The views from parts of the property are spectacualr (note construction work still ongoing which detracts from this). It's a comfortable arrangement with 2 rooms and a sofa bed to pull out if required. The air conditioning was very useful in the high temperatures and the WiFi was stable and fast enough to work on. There is a TV and fully fitted kitchen. The garage is very large (long enough for 2 cars probably and comfortably took our LandCruiser). A nice place to get your bread and pastries next to the Pelican Hotel. Easy access to the lake and public beach areas and of course the cycle path.

    We could have done with more than one set of keys as this was a problem more than once for our group who wanted to move around independently. The place is clean enough but not very thoroughly cleaned. We had to ask for a mop to wash the floors as they had been hoovered but your feet went black if you were bare footed. We noticed also all of the air vents were covered in dust. Some of this is to do with the construction on the site, which is hard to keep on top of but a better cleaning service should be carried out. We were not aware of the continued construction at the place in advance and this did affect us at times, there was lots of noise on a couple of days, but not at the weekend or evening. We had a less than friendly neighbour who complained about us walking our dog, we picked up waste but noticed almost no one else ever did! The patio area is almost unusable in high heat as the air conditioner blows out onto this space and the heat hangs there unable to escape. I would have preferred not to have been on the ground floor of this block and I am not sure we picked that up from the description. Although it says quiet time from 10:00pm we noticed lots of groups were having noisy celebrations outside late into the evening. There is a warning in the elevator that the property should not be let out to holiday makers...!

    Nice amount of space. Beds were decent.
    A bit too far out of the town for us. A tough uphill walk too. I did not think it was clean enough either.

    Perfect stay in Annecy
    Lovely spacious unit, well equipped kitchen, very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful, we will definitely stay here again. Short walk to the old town and Christmas market, location is great. Secure parking for our car was a bonus. Highly recommended accommodation in Annecy.
