    Very friendly reception and staff. Breakfast was exceptional under the oak trees. Very good location, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

    Clean, location
    It is defnitely not a boutique hotel, limited unaccessable parking, breakfast is basic, windows could not open when electricity went off, no sugar or sweetner. No one on duty before 14:00, with no access to facility. No calls being answered before 14:00. They explained that they only open at 14:00 and dont provide an alternative service. To many access codes to remember, slow very very small lift to first floor. Reception staff were rudely unkind and regarded us as a nuisance.

    Nice hotel, very well located, great breakfast
    Good location - easy to get to shops/bars/botanic garden. Staff were really helpful right from the start - arranging cabs, suggesting destinations. Breakfast (included) was excellent.
