We loved our Christmas stay at Acoustic Hotel! It's a beautiful hotel w/ warm and attentive staff.
Our rooms were lovely -- very spacious, nice amenities (speedy WiFi, nice sheets and towels, nice toiletry products), as well as quiet. The location was super convenient. And the breakfast buffet was fabulous -- our son in particular was thrilled by the choices and volume. The staff was so warm and helpful -- especially Ms Kim who helped us find a store that sold boxes for our excess luggage.

I would 1000% stay again and will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi.
The staff is absolutely amazing! They were friendly, kind and accommodating. The rooms were lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, and we all loved getting the delicious pho every day. The value for your money here is incredible. Its in a fabulous location and everything is outstanding.

Great location to access the Old Quarter.
Rooms were good size and very clean.
Staff incredibly welcoming and helpful. Excellent communication for organising trips and airport transfers.
Breakfast was great and lovely to have roof top bar for the views.
Only a small suggestion that the roof top bar could be upgraded a little!

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location is good and close enough to explore the city. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and always there to assist.
Bar not the same as in the picture. Afternoon tea offered was literally just coffee and tea with some biscuits.

Kim, Tommy and Rachel and the entire staff were excellent to us. Much appreciated love share with us. They treated us as family. Very helpful and caring especially Kim. God bless you'll in abundance.
Selection of breakfast was repeated for the five days. Bathrooms need attention.
