Very good

The activities were awesome. Volleyball, soccer, karaoke, swingball, putt putt, hikes, archery, fishing. Restaurant had some decent meals at reasonable prices. The shop is reasonably priced.

The resort management must consider installing roofs over the outside braai areas. It rained every afternoon that we were here and made braaing a bit difficult. Regarding the hikes where you have to cross through the river, the resort management must consider installing ropes so one can hold on to this whilst crossing the river. Ultimately, it would be nice if there were stepping stones or bridges installed so that kids could cross over river safely.

Location

The trouble and stress that was experienced in trying to get my refund on the previous booking with the same property. Booking.com were of ZERO help. The property initially also denied receipt of the funds. I had to supply proof of payment and supply bank statements. Why???
