The location is just behind AlWahda mall. The room was spacious and nice. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms. Masarra. She was great and supportive.

Well appointed apartment in a good location with good staff and for a good price

Well appointed apartment in a good location - was very close to the central bus station which suited us as we caught the bus from Dubai. The apartment was very near the Al Wahda mall. The reception, cleaning and breakfast restaurant staff were very good and the breakfast selections were very good (we paid the small additional fee for breakfast each day of our stay).

The staff wasn't trained, a lot of hotels have smoking rooms but they never smell stale. Services were limited and parking is a lie

Disappointing

Avoid this hotel and dont trust the pictures!

Nothing, as it was very disappointing and the pictures on booking.com are not the reflection of reality

The hotel feels and looks very old. It is on a very very noisy road in downtown Abu Dhabi and you hear constant noise. Everything inside the king suite I had was old and the air conditioning system was noisy. I had room derby and the food was senfuyant cold. The breakfast was ok but not more and food was cold again the only positive was the staff. I will never return to this hotel. I paid the equivalent of 160$USD for one person which is a ripoff!!!

It was amazing and wonderful at all.

Staff were amazing! Added value they upgrade our room from studio to 1 Bedroom without additional charges. Also, location wise is pretty impressive, very accessible to Al Whada Mall and Central Bus Station which good for us because we came from Dubai. Definitely there will be next time!

Not really don't like it, but I can suggest to have some kitchen utensils and kitchenware's should be available because property offer kitchenette. But it's fine, you can request it and surely they will accommodate the needs.

Too Many Last Minute Changes

The rooms were clean and the housekeeping facilities were decent. Since the hotel is well placed, the location allowed us to have essentials quickly.

On the first night, we were asked to stay in one of their partner hotels since the room we booked was unavailable. The allotted room was half the size of the room we paid for. In compensation, they offered us a buffet breakfast. For the rest of the days, we were not given the room we paid for (room with a kitchenette) instead a smaller room was given, and in compensation, a buffet breakfast was provided. Since all this happened after we reached the property, it was disheartening. If we had been given a heads-up, we could have selected a better place.
