Excellent stay in a great location

The location is just behind AlWahda mall. The room was spacious and nice. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms. Masarra. She was great and supportive.

Well appointed apartment in a good location with good staff and for a good price

Well appointed apartment in a good location - was very close to the central bus station which suited us as we caught the bus from Dubai. The apartment was very near the Al Wahda mall. The reception, cleaning and breakfast restaurant staff were very good and the breakfast selections were very good (we paid the small additional fee for breakfast each day of our stay).

The staff wasn't trained, a lot of hotels have smoking rooms but they never smell stale. Services were limited and parking is a lie

Disappointing

Avoid this hotel and dont trust the pictures!

Nothing, as it was very disappointing and the pictures on booking.com are not the reflection of reality

The hotel feels and looks very old. It is on a very very noisy road in downtown Abu Dhabi and you hear constant noise. Everything inside the king suite I had was old and the air conditioning system was noisy. I had room derby and the food was senfuyant cold. The breakfast was ok but not more and food was cold again the only positive was the staff. I will never return to this hotel. I paid the equivalent of 160$USD for one person which is a ripoff!!!
