    Breakfast was good
    Booked a twin room but was allocated a double. Asked to be moved. Manager was very rude and refused to help even though they could separate the double beds. The Manager's need to win an argument let the hotel down and he would benefit from some training in Customer Service. We were refused a refund. We were then charged extra to stay in a triple room which was actually a double bed that could be separated and an armchair. Property is very dated and not very clean.

    Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Also the staff helped arrange taxi for us. Overall friendly helpful staff.
    Some places in building had leaks ( not in rooms thank goodness)
