    great location, right there in the middle of the city in front of the docks
    very limited parking capacity, you gotta make a reservation in advance!

    We could hear the music from the dinning room early in the morning and into the evening from our room which was directly above the dinning room.

    overall, great experience in Como. The room was outstanding, on a corner!!!
    The room was exceptional. The reception desk upon arrival was so welcoming
    It was so unfortunate that the area had recently been flooded. It was very difficult to find an entrance in the evening (it was dark) but eventually we did!

    The staff are the hotels greatest asset. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The dining room and lounge very pleasant. We had a lovely view of the lake, shopping area, garden and ice rink.
    The bedroom was not to the standard expected. It has been redecorated but whomever advised was not practical and the new modern furnishings do the traditional style an injustice. The principle 'less is more' would apply. Towels were hard. They look nice, waffle look but not soft or practical to use. The toilet is too close to the wall and one knocks one's arm on the toilet roll holder. No where to put toiletries or hang clothes up whilst showering.

    Beyond expectation!
    The room was actually spacious and looked so much better than the pictures on the website! Guess they renovated it. The lake view was breathtaking! The location was perfect! Only 4 minutes walk from the station Como Lago.
    The elevator was too small, could fit only 3 persons

    Great location, clean hotel throughout, and staff were really friendly and helpful.
    Fantastic location, a 15/20 minute walk from the train station, overlooking the lake. Restaurants and shops really close by, boarding points to the lake boats just across the road, the funicular was a 10/15 minute walk. Staff are really friendly, the hotel is really clean, would definitely recommend it.
