Beautiful boutique winery, excellent food, wine and views. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and enjoyed breakfast on our balcony. Staff were super friendly. Excellent value for money and well located close to some other top end wineries to visit for dinner / tastings.

Can improve a little on furnishing. Oakleaf Room 1-round coffee table somewhat fraded and need replacing. Mirror light in bathroom out of order. Bedsheet way too loose-a bit of a mess.

The views were fantastic. It was a beautiful location.
Service was not great. We requested, before arrival, assistance with dinner reservations and they told us to wait until we got there. They were then not able to make us any dinner or wine farm reservations. The duration of our stay, alluvia was preparing for multiple on site events and wine tasting was unavailable to us. We requested an early check in and they told us that they could accommodate that, then room was not ready when we showed up. The cost for the transport they arranged for us also changed a few times. We did not receive the luxury hospitality we were expecting.

Beautiful surroundings in a good location in the heart of the wine land.
Shower was full of serratia marcescens (that pink mould stuff), not acceptable at all. Hot tub in the pool area wasnt working. Main pool also wasnt the cleanest.

The location and the reception were very welcoming.
The evening dinner was great and the service excellent.
The breakfast service was good until a waiter that we had not brought the bill for sign off adding dont forget the tip
He did not got any of course as he was rude and did nothing to serve us. A very good stay until one guy with a few word created a bad impression.

Facilities are nice and the room was good
the staff are not attentive and not what I expected during my stay. Forgot us at the picnic and did not come to pick us up and had to walk back. Also when informed of the issue no apology only that they will go pick up the basket.
