    It was a very nice stay
    Very good location. Really accommodating and friendly staff. The kids pool was great. Very spacious rooms.
    The pillows were quite hard and not comfortable. The food can be better but I understand the concept of this type of hotels.

    The staff were very accommodating and food was top quality. Live entertainment every night also keep people at hotel. During day waterpolo, volley ball and soccer was always well supported by all and very friendly competitive
    Aircon had small bit of a smell. Other then that gym could up with small investment

    Great place to stay in Cala D'or much prettier than city centre surroundings. Very good all invlusive different cousines every day lot of choice ( even sushi on Friday!). Every evening entertained by other bands/groups. 10 minutes walk to best beach Cala Egos and tremendous rocks just behind the hotel -must see and have a walk. We stayed 7 days and are very satisfied!

    Most disappointing stay ever
    The view was nice, the staff was helpful, pleasant and welcoming.
    This hotel is more of a 3 star than a 4 star. The infrastructure is quite outdated (bathroom sink & fixtures in room were old and corrected, TV did not work, mattress cover didnt cover mattress). There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom during our entire stay. This is also advertised as a direct access to the beach property, but this isnt the case. The all inclusive option is a scam - breakfast, lunch & dinner are served within very specific time frames, and cold leftovers can be found in the snack bar (during short periods of the day). Most of the days, food consisted of pizza, fries & bread. Cocktails are not fresh either - just premade supermarket bought mixes Beer was watered down. Staff is wonderful & helpful, but property was a complete disappointment.

    I loved it here and might even come back in the future.
    The food was great, the drinks were nice, the pool felt good. There was an amazing view over the cliffside, you could even walk down to the rocks and lay down there with a towel. The staff was very accomodating, and props to the animation group that were there to keep everyone entertained. This is a great place to go to with friends, partner, or even family.
    I can't find a concrete bad thing about the hotel, maybe that there were no locks in the bathrooms. There was a slight temporary problem that was solved within 3 days, but we were accomodated with a temporary solution for that problem during those 3 days.

    We stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive. The view and pools are the best thing about this hotel. Free parking, friendly staff, good WiFi and plenty of sun loungers at the adult pool. There was lots of food and drink options.
    The downfall for this hotel is the rooms. The floor was dirty and needed to be washed, the sink was blocked and the water from the shower and sinks are salty. The aircon bothered us the most! Its set at 28 degrees celsius and cant be changed! The heat in the middle of July with aircon that dont work is unbearable at night. We asked for a fan at reception but she didnt have any left. The stay would have been so much better if the aircon went to at least 19 degrees.
