    Weve just booked again for a week in May. Say no more!
    The location is amazing, very clean with very attentive staff. Great selection for breakfast! It was our anniversary and the hotel left bubbly and chocolates in our room - I asked ahead if they could arrange for flowers for my wife and we were greeted with a beautiful bouquet in our room.
    It would be nice to have an ice machine on each floor for room drinks.

    Fabulous location for beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Staff very friendly. Not the comfiest.
    Location was amazing, across the road from shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was good, and replenished regularly and enough choice. The pool area was good with enough sunbeds but they were not the comfiest. The room was a little tired and basic but spacious.
    The bed was very uncomfortable. After the first night we asked for a mattress topper which helped slightly but would put me off staying again. The sunbeds by the pool were equally uncomfortable and we paid the 20 euros per day for the more comfy ones which helped.

    Location. Spot on. Close to beach town and restaurants. Reception staff really helpful and polite and went out of their way to assist you five star people
    Hotel rated 4 star but definitely only a tired 3 star at best . Everything about the place just worn out and tired. Bar staff found them hard work. I think it's because some all inclusive and some pay at bar guests. Never really works

    Like going back in time 50 years and the place smells awful
    Location is excellent, 2 mins walk to Cala Gran beach which is stunning
    Once you leave reception and go to the bedrooms its like going back in time to the 1970s. I cant believe how there are so many positive ratings for this hotel, the rooms are very old and tired and smell really really bad of damp and mould. Other than sleep we never used the hotel as it felt low quality, I would suggest this hotel is more like a 2 star. Would not recommend

    Pool food and friendly staff love the aqua fit and little touch like cava for my husband's birthday and recommend transfer information
    Found it expensive for dinnks at the bar 21.50Euro for a Hendricks gin and tonic and vodka and coke

    Very comfortable and clean hotel with good food and location.
    Very clean, food was great, location was good (generally recommend Cala dOr compared to other cities on the island)
    Little quirks like: drinks at dinner are not free (even the water), wifi connection was slow, if your apartment is oriented towards the pool you will have music and loud sounds comming from the stage until 11pm (but they really do finish at 11pm)
