    Great staff, comfortable room in good location
    Really great kind staff. Comfortable modern room and bed. Very close to the Guggenheim museum & bus stop for the speedy airport bus. Short walk to the old town. Plenty of places to eat/drink/coffee a few steps away. Wouldve stayed longer if we had the time

    Quick short trip.
    Staff: Helpful, knowledgeable about the area. Good advice Could leave our luggage when we vacated our rooms
    Could not cancel one night that we didn't occupy the room. Went to Santander and we had a tour to Altamira, starting at 09:00, and being old I was worried because I cannot rush. I had damaged my knee just before going to Bilbao. A special trip for my son's birthday. Guggenheim must be seen, inside and out, to appreciate it. The building is an art in itself but everything inside leaves you to ponder about space and time. The curators have done an excellent job in choosing with care what you see there to be in Harmony with the building.

    Just a short stay due to necessities, but it turned out really great
    I've had a one night stay due to my original flight being cancelled. The property is very well located in the city, the staff is friendly and the rooms are nice. I could rest quite good after a long day waiting at the airport. I can only recommend this property!

    Best thing is its location - right outside the first bus stop coming from the airport, and right on the doorstep of the guggenheim. Loads of bars and restaurants within a 10 min walk, and the casco viejo is only a scenic half hour walk away across the bridge. Staff were really friendly, my room was clean and always kept at a really good temperature, fresh towels every day etc
    the acoustics might be a little annoying sometimes, especially if you keep the window open - I could sometimes hear water flushing or going through the pipes- nothing too major for me tho.

    The room smelled very strong like chlorine. The window was broken and they had it nailed to the frame. It was very loud, we could smell and hear the kitchen. The drain of the shower was clogged. It was just the worst stay I had so far.

    Nice stay, excellent location for the Guggenheim Museum, busy street.
    The room was nice, standard for this type of accommodation, standard hotel room with double bed and a bathroom. The walls could use some fresh paint though. The staff was nice. Bit pricy. The location is perfect, close to the museum and the river, but one needs to take into consideration that the windows of some of the rooms (e.g., the one I was staying in) are facing very busy road and the bus stop, and the bus stop is just at the entry to the hotel.
