Very helpful staff. Late checkout offered. Great breakfast. Comfortable rooms. Wifi.

Shower cubicles allow quite a lot of water to spill out, which results in a wet bathroom floor.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

The staff, particularly Osama, were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location for my needs. The room was an excellent size and had the features that I required. Breakfast was of a good standard and always a chef to handle eggs.

My room had a weak WiFi signal, which should be addressed for travellers like me. I had hope for some kind of fitness room, although the pool was nice.

Beautiful hotel.. Jordan is a country that enjoys security and peace

The hotel is pretty good. The breakfast was simple and not varied, and I did not like it. I arrived at noon and the room was ready and tidy. The receptionist, Mr. Mohammed, is very efficient and facilitates things to a great degree. He changed my room 3 times with all sportsmanship because I was looking for a special view. Thank you from the heart, Mr. Muhammad I rated the hotel 10 even though I did not like the breakfast and the location, but the hotel deserves 10 because the reception staff are really great

Good location, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

Clean rooms, nice staff and hearty breakfast.

Thursday and Friday nights they crack up the night life and it shakes the whole building till the wee hours of the morning. Also, my room was above the night club and the smoke came thru my bathroom vent and it was so strong it gave me a headache.
