    Amazing caldera views and excellent customer service!
    We loved our stay at Andromeda Villas! Our room was spacious with a private balcony and view of the caldera. The sunset from our room was better than that of Oia. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the customer service was superb. I forgot my coat in the room and they mailed it to make in the US. The location is great because the streets are too small for large cruise ship buses to come to so the area is more private. The trail leading to Fira runs through the center of the hotel and is only a 30min walk. Andromeda Villas has everything you could want with an excellent pool bar and restaurant on site. We will definitely return!

    Fantastic view with friendly and helpful staff. The spa staff were so helpful and made appointments memorial.
    It was extremely windy during my stay; the gates of other suites were banging against the walls which woken me up several times during the night.

    A beautiful property with rooms that look gorgeous on arrival, but poor comfort overall.
    The whole property is absolutely beautiful with spectacular caldera views. There are 3 pools, the main pool area has great atmosphere with trendy vibes, and the other pools have a more private feel. This property adjoins with the other properties on the caldera and you can take a walk along the caldera to take in the views of the Aegean Sea.
    The bathrooms are beyond tiny and you have to squeeze yourself into the shower to close the door to get to the toilet. The second bathroom is badly designed and water flows out into the bedroom. The rain shower and hand shower in the main bathroom are both really bad. Rain shower too weak, and hand shower too powerful. The bed in the main bedroom is the worst hotel bed I've ever experienced.

    There were ALOT. of steps. Expected in Santorini but they probabaly should have mentioned it in the write up as it would have been impossible for anyone struggling with walking and facilities were located on several levels

    Amazing views, opportunities with staff and booking
    The view is amazing, the area is really calm and the sunsets are just an unbelievable experience.
    We did not have a good experience with the hotel staff, the first villa they gave us was not at all as the one from the pictures we paid for, even though they said it was the same type of suite that was really disappointing, in the end they did move us to another one which was great, however we lost a day in that and our stay was just for 3 nights. Staff in Night Shift: terrible experience, quite rude and we had a hard time communicating in English, we did not receive help with our luggage and there were so many stairs to climb. On the other hand, I recognize staff people from restaurants were so nice and polite, they even gave us tequila shots since they knew we were coming from Mexico. My recommendation is: ensure people feel welcome at your hotel and since villas/suites are really different within the same level, you can set a new category so people dont feel like its a scam.
