    Activities for kids and adults were good. Staff were always accommodating, Portia addressed our concerns promptly and efficiently. Resort was neat and tidy at all times. Overall we enjoyed our family holiday at Engeli.
    Room toilets and shower areas not to standards, also pool table area needs upgrading. Provide toilet brushes in units. Food to be checked before serving to guest, raw chicken was served at dinner yesterday. Perhaps a covered area for activities on bad weather days and also a 4x4 trail. Detailed map area of the resort missing. Beverages/drinks and food are priced too high. A pizza menu will be a good option.

    Very beautiful resort nestled in the forest but easy to locate. The staff are simply amazing. Busi and Linkoh at reception, Sylvester, the gentleman in charge of maintenance as well as Portia the manager all went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The resort is child friendly and there's a daily activity schedule for children. They also receive a pack of good quality treats on arrival,puzzles and colouring books to keep them busy.There are activities for the whole family. Although the weather was inclement, we enjoyed swimming as they have a heated pool. Food was really good. Rooms were sanitary. TV with selected channels,tea tray,bar fridge and bottled water provided. Toiletries and towels were supplied. Electric blanket for those nippy nights. We were treated with the utmost respect and all our needs taken care of. They really go above and beyond the call of duty to make guests feel comfortable.

    It was good
    Its a tranquil place, very good for when you need some time out of the city life. The food is amazing.
    The staff almost ruined our Christmas lunch by not communicating well. We spent 2 nights and they first told us we did not book for lunch when I actually did and was told to pay that day. Why would I book there around Christmas and not have lunch? That was very disappointing.

    The stay was just okay, I dont think it was worth the money I had spent for the trip.
    I liked the heated pool
    The dinner buffet didnt include juice which is a hidden cost one did not expect to incur. The staff takes forever to clean rooms and they have attitude towards customers .
