We had an interleading room which one room the aircon was out of order so we did complain to reception where they sent a guy named Rayno whom after explaining to him we cannot sleep there because of the heat we need another room, he said there aren't any rooms available and he had the nerve of telling us that is the reason there are two fans in that room and he is able to sleep in the heat everyday, who damn cares about him who are the guests here. He then told us he would report the matter and revert back to us, which he never did. We went back to reception ,there was a kind lady whom apologized then spoke to her superior and she placed us in another room, so makes me think where did the avaliable room magically appear from after Rayno confirmed there was none avaliable.
Bistros restaurant please do not rely on them they say they closing at 6pm but when we go there at 4pm to place our orders they are closed and they say we must order at the bar where the menu is very limited. For room service you get charged R45 for a tray, which is non refundable. Very poor lighting around the resort. Management needs to reconsider more menu options, and the shop is not very well stocked compared to other resorts.
