    Good sleep comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice friendly staff throughout. I would stay again!
    The room was a bit hot but guess it is difficult to gauge the tem6as outside temperature going up and down

    Location is lovely
    Not hygienic. On arrival the the coffee cups were dirty. The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting.

    Would not return room 105 needs a radiator that works and a carpet thats actually clean
    The room was cold with the radiator not working , carpet was down to the floorboards . I am sure other rooms are better and well kept but room 105 is to be avoided . Xmas dinner was good

    Lovely helpful staff, great breakfast, clean room, comfy bed
    Parking outside the hotel was very difficult to find. First room had no TV remote and the blind didn't work, however they transferred me to another room really quickly without debate.

    Enjoyable - great staff and food. Cleanliness lets the hotel down.
    Staff are fabulous as is the food
    Bedrooms are grubby - ancient cobwebs, layers of dust, lamps not working - a deep clean very much needed.
