Our room wouldnt lock and we could not sleep due to being concerned about our safety.

Our room wouldnt lock ! It was a cold room ! There was a very noisy loud bee sound in the room due to the wind.

Lucky that they had a room available for the 4 of us as booked and paid for two double rooms on booking.com when arrived at the hotel we were only down for one double and One single

Lovely place, will be back!

Location is brilliant. Right on Southsea, common and coast for walking, sights, museums, etc, then Palmerston Road right next door for lovely shops, pubs, restaurants. Room was clean and very comfortable, had everything I needed. Was very quiet in the room too, didn't hear any of the other guests. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a bit tight but completely fine, shower was great. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Love the taxi button, if you need to travel early very easy to get a taxi.

Very pleasantly surprised at cleanliness of room and hotel. Great value for money

Booked a superior room, but received a regular one. Staff did not respond to phone call or message, money was not refunded.

Disappointed

The room was very hot. The entrance and bathroom doors did not open easily. The shower jets were blocked. There was no wardrobe. There was no view of landmarks as paid for.
