Amazing clean friendly Hotel .

HARP is an amazing hotel. The wake up views were outstanding. The hotel was extremely clean the housekeepers were on top of everything . The staff are really friendly from front desk all the way through the hotel cant pin point one who stood out the were all great, my husband fell ill ( went for a cheeses burger around the corner) and they were all so attentive breakfast in bed plus lunch n dinner keeping on top his fluid intakes. The food was exceptional, so much variety. i would recommend this place more for couples not families with children who tend to stay in hotel when going all inclusive and not explore and do activities but if you do then this hotel is fantastic. plenty of local shops ,cafes , tour guides. The beach is directly i front of the hotel.

A great holiday in a great hotel.

Great hotel. A real museum. Great atmosphere, good live music. The food was varied and very tasty. The chefs were very professional. The staff responded quickly to all requests. The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. I ordered a transfer to the airport through the hotel. I was satisfied with the transfer. The beach is beautiful, suitable for both adults and children. The pool is clean and safe as it has an optimal depth. I swam in the pool in the morning and evening. The hotel area is small, but very cozy, green and clean, well laid out. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. I liked it all very much. For my taste, this is the best hotel in Alanya. I will definitely return to this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. I wish the hotel and staff success and prosperity.

Horrifying management.

I paid for a suit, instead I was given a room right opposite the elevator, next to kitchen and restaurant and toilet. When I asked for a change I was offered a standard room. I asked to check out immediately if I was refunded the amount I paid on the second day. I was promised another suit. Then the following day I was told it won't be available. I asked for the refund and immediate check out and I was given another suit only to find out a cancer patient had to be removed to another room. Management was awful to apologize, keeping their promise, finding resolution or helping to carry luggage... Horrible experience with so called management people. I had to stay at another place 3 nights out of 4. Shame on you.

There are two dogs in the hotel, during late night both were come to near outdoor bar, it was really uncomfortable and my friend has allergy with dog.

It is not 5star hotel for sure, ive been in many 5 star hotels in Turkiye, i can rate maximum 3star. Its too small in pictures looked bigger. Beach bar - is not a bar but dark room. Beach staff was nice and friendly like all the Staff in hotel. I loved here anyway!
