Extremely Bad Staff

location and space of the apartment.

The resposible guy that am dealing with from the property, he is not polite and very bad person. He is talking like he is my boss and I have to accept what he is saying. I will not come back to this place because of him.

The apartment is very well equipped and clean. The location is very good, close by walk to the lake and to the old city.

The contact person was not very welcoming the price was quite expensive and another parking fee was added to it. we have paid for 3 adults to stay there but when we came only double bed in the bedroom was set. We had to make the third bed, which was the sofa in the living room, by ourself. There wasnt cupboard in the bedroom for our stuff and even not stand for the open suitcase. There are too many requirements/orders from the owner to the guests like we work there

It was walking distance to the old town

It completely lacked charm and was sub-standard in all aspects. We had paid exactly the same the night before for an apartment on the lake, with designer interior and massive terrace. So the contrast in decor and facilities was staggering. In addition the owner was very rude, demanding copies of everyones ids, including my 2 children and wanting photos again of my credit card for the 500 deposit and insisted again on seeing this in person on arrival. Check in is 18h30 and check out early, so this really bad value. The owner did eventually let us in earlier but was a very unpleasant interaction. We are top level professional people, my husband Dr and a family with adult children. Treated like a band of adolescent frat kids. Highly recommend avoiding this horrible experience.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and would not definitely recommend to anyone!!

Good size apartment (suited only for young couples, not kids) relatively close to Annecy old town if you don't mind the short uphill stroll and are willing to overpay for this proximity.

Keys handover process and communication was awful. Despite enquiring about this multiple times without any response, the host called me just a hour prior to arrival and mentioned that the checkin was not confirmed as he was unable to secure the safety deposit. Further, we requested for a baby cot and also enquired if the mattress was also provided. There was no response on this as well. On arrival, we disappointedly could not find it in the apartment. When requested, the host mentioned bluntly that they don't provide it. When I texted about the listing picture of the baby mattress, the host really did not care to respond which I was felt was rude and not customer friendly. The baby chair was also very dirty and not cleaned prior. Overall, the experience was very disappointing especially given the cost of the apartment and would not definitely recommend to anyone visiting with family or looking for a friendly host.

Location was perfect

Things everyone should about .. you need to pre authorized your credit card with 500 at the check in.. be ready cause it is not mentioned before the reservation.. The host told me that I am not allowed to use the room rooms in the appartement knowing that I have payed for it that that was really un acceptable from him .. this problem was solved by the booking team support which I would like to thank .. finally the way of getting the keys was not so easy you need to get instructions by the host to open multiple doors and of course after you pay the pre authorization on your card .. the appartement need more furniture especially in the rooms The host was really running his business without considering any words to welcome guests Finally be prepared the view of lake is only a tiny spot through one of the windows I would not consider that as a lake view
