    Centrally located, comfortable and spacious apartment
    It was centrally located in the city within walking distance to the lake and shops. The apartment is comfortable and spacious for 4 persons. It's well equipped with various facilities.

    Lovely apartment spacious, clean and comfortable. There was air conditioning which was great for French apartments. The location was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay.

    The check in instructions were very unclear and did not make it explicit that the parking garage is 7 minutes away from the apartment. The instructions stated that the owner would meet at the apt but they were in Geneva. Owner was difficult to reach, and extremely rude. The water supply to the basin taps in the bathroom is poor and the light in the hallway outside the apartment was broken. Empty soap dispenser Booking.com were unhelpful. I complained to them about the bullying watsapp message from the owner and they forwarded my message to the owner. A potentially great stay spoiled by the owner

    Great location in the old town. Well equipped . Lovely shower. Good size rooms.
    I booked parking but this wasn't made clear it wasn't on site and you had to collect the fob for the gate to the parking garage from the apartment, but you can't park anywhere near the apartment. WiFi code was incorrectly written in the welcome book. Air con unit belonging to adjacent property running till early hours so couldn't have bedroom window open as it was noisy. This made the room hot and stuffy. Apartment only has air conditioning in main lounge

    Washing machine was very helpful. Kitchen was nice. Nice couch and chairs in the living room.
    The AC was not effective. Pots were small to prepare noodles.
