Nice apartment

Only a short walk to the old town and all its restaurants plus places to rent bikes, catch boat rides etc. Apartment was well set out and bigger than expected. Quiet with the windows closed. There was a problem with the plumbing at first but the owner quickly came around to fix it and we had no further problems.

My only suggestion is that only having one key and fob to enter and exit the building complex was tricky for us, as we wanted to do separate things at times. It would be good if each person could have their own key/fob as the person left in the apartment can't actually leave the building complex without the first person coming back to let them out. At least this was how we understood the situation.

Magical! An incredibly beautiful place to visit and Rayan was for us, the perfect place to stay.

The apartment is modern, spotlessly clean and is equipped with everything youd need. The complex is very secure, as is the underground garage. The location is absolutely ideal as the old town is just across the road, with seemingly an unlimited choice of restaurants. Its also a very short walk to the ferry boats and all the boat hire places along the lake. The views of the lake with a backdrop of the mountains is stunning. Joseph was available to provide a seamless check-in and check-out, and lift access from the garage to the apartment meant it was easy to move luggage.

Good location, very convenient, cleanliness could be better

This apartment is 6 minutes walk from the heart of old Annecy. Very convenient for shops, restaurants and lake activities. It was acceptably clean and reasonably comfortable with good air-con, WiFi dining area and bedroom

The handover could be done way better. We arrived early and could not check in until the time we had given. Every communication is done via WhatsApp, email or text with various instruction only coming the day before. Unless you are looking at your phone regularly and it has good reception it is easy to miss things. It is clear the host uses the previous occupants to make sure the apartment is reasonably clean and their cleaners do the rest. And they do miss things. A lot of the crockery and glasses needed cleaning before use and old shanpoo and soap had been left in the bathroom

Very pleased we chose this place.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed in a great location. Parking underground was a definite deciding factor when choosing this spot. Easy 5 minute walk to old town. Manager was extremely responsive and also gave great restaurant recommendations. All around great stay.
