Great location and service

Room was huge and clean. Great location, with shops, cafes and restaurants at walking distance. You can also walk to the beach in @ 10-15 minutes. Fantastic service from all staff.

Our room was facing the jungle, lots of mosquitoes in the room but hotel provided with insect repellent which helps. Our room had balcony which we couldn't open and enjoy - had to stop even more mosquitoes from getting in.

The hotel is okay. It takes 15-20 min on foot to get to the beach or 100 bat by tuk tuk. The breakfast was tasty and the

The rooms are pretty old. First we got a room with leaking ceiling, the stuff promised to fix it but they didna, later at night it got even worse. They changed our room but it wasnt any hot water in shower.

- The TV is little for the room, and it was very old. - Breakfast need an update, old dry hard crosaints and juice tasted like chemical. - The parking for motorbikes totally vanish when Guests with cars arrived. - We where two guys, but we only got 1 room cardkey.

Nice resort with decent location. Breakfast was good and rooms were nice. Staff were very helpful, as they originally got our room wrong and changed it for us which was very much appreciated.

The wifi was a bit temperamental at times.

Very friendly personnel. Everyone was very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was very diverse and good quality. The pool was rarely busy.

The photos for marketing done very professionally. The place looks very exclusive and luxury on the photos. In reality, it was still high quality, but not extra luxurious or super exclusive. Everything was still very nice though.
