    Beautiful property
    The hotel has exceptional views, very good breakfast, and excellent staff. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. Loved walking around the hotel and dining here.
    The access to the reception and rooms is via a flight of 10-odd stairs. It would be nice if they could make the hotel more accessible. There is a possibility of adding ramps to the reception and restaurant from the courtyard - a much needed requirement for guests with mobility problems.

    Beautiful hotel with incredible views and location!
    The staff were exceptionally helpful, the grounds and area were stunning and all rooms built to offer the customers a view. The peace and tranquility were very welcome
    The spa was currently out of service so we could not use it. The quality of the breakfast food could be somewhat better too

    Location as I was not on the estate during the day
    View, location and room were fantastic.
    Not to charge my account for lunch when I was not even on the estate. First night room was turn down for one person, while we were two. Second day room was not setup for sleeping that night. Small things is needed to have the attention of visitors.

    Its peaceful and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
    The restaurant is not up to standard and expensive for what you get. We have stayed at Asara before and it feels like its lacking the feeling it had before.

    We still had an enjoyable stay thanks to the location and cleanliness of the property. The staff went above and beyond .
    The rooms are spacious and comfortable . The breakfast was great . The staff are fabulous . The location is beautiful .
    This was our second visit and we found it disappointing due to the wine tasting being moved and the area under renovation . The courtyard is beautiful too but as the deli and shop are closed it was unused . The one menu for day and night was also disappointing .

    Beautiful ambience and rooms.
    Check in was fabulous. We were treated like royalty when we arrived. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely big room overlooking the vineyard and the mountains in the backround. We had some lovely meals and wine here and enjoyed the overall ambience of the place.

    The channel selection on the TV was very limited and they need to check the drainage of water in the shower as it took quite bit to go down the drain
