    Great place!
    Beds were comfy, room was clean and the location was 10 minutes walk from the centre of the old town square.
    Our room 2 out of 4 days of our stay wasn't cleaned.

    Great location, clean room and good breakfast
    Nice and clean hotel with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good although extra stuff like omelette/fried eggs is not included. I would definitely recommend it.
    I had apartment with two twin bed rooms and the sliding door between the rooms was really loud and heavy to move. Also could hear flushing water and running water from the room above.

    The design of the hotel is very nice, the reception staff and the girl at the bar was very helpful. Plenty of choices plus prosecco for breakfast but need to mention that only the buffet is included in the price. Some hot options are available with an extra charge. Central location, between the central train station and a new one. Old town, a fantastic shopping centre and all main attractions are a short distance away.
    In all the public areas in the hotel and inside the room were a bit cold. We wanted to warm up the room but we couldn't.

    We didnt like it. Not a 4 star.
    Pros: Hotel Location is close to old town. The Staff was polite. The room was clean.
    Cons: The photos in booking.com does not match the room we stayed. The bathroom had curtains which I hate when having a shower. The room is next to the railway and trains are passing. Noisy first floor room. The breakfast was weak and of poor quality, also not ready on time. We also stayed at 4 star hotels in Warsaw and Gdansk and this is the worst one. Please refer to photos.

    Good base for Christmas markets
    Location, good as a base for Christmas markets.
    Room was beside tram line, could not sleep at all for the entire trip. Room was not soundproof. Asked for upgrade and never received it

    Smaller than it shows on photos
    Everything looks brand new. Bed is comfortable. They gave me a quiet room, I could sleep and work in peace. Hotel is not so far from Old City, so you can walk to there. Also easy to walk to the big gallery Krakowska.
    Photos on Booking are a bit deceiving. The spaces are much smaller than they appear on the images. Room, bed and bathroom were tiny. Non-stop Christmas songs everywhere was a bit annoying. On 06Dec, they had some kind of Christmas celebration at the breakfast. It was nice from the staff, but the music was too loud.
