Indoor pool and spa was nice, entertainment and kids club could keep our children excited.

Washing machine and dryer were ridiculous. If they require us to pay for them they should improve machines. They are so old and stopped working though laundry was still wet and charged power remained. Quality of bathroom toiletries were very poor. Entirely I didnt feel 4 star hotel for everything. There must be same quality hotel with lower price. Everything was worn out a bit.

Very good

It is a nice hotel for the kids, a nice kid club, playground, coin machines, spa, and night shows. It was a good stay for cold winter days where all these indoor gems helped to keep us busy in the morning and afternoon. Our room had a nice view. It was easy to find a street parking 5 minutes walk from hotel.

The sofa bed was really bad, impossible to use. The dinner could have been better but it was worth it considering the discounted price we booked the half board option. Liked the option to select a dish and ask the cook to fry it for you. When the hotel got crowded in our last day, the place looked packed.

The hotel staff and amenities facilitated an enjoyable stay.

Very clean, spacious apartment, staff attentive and friendly. Facilities good. Easy access to beach.

Main thing was poor quality of sound on tv.

Absolutely fantastic

Amazing hotel , fantastic agenda for activities for kids all day , plus all day mini club . Food was divine , well done Chef Gabi and Chef Juan , restaurant manager Sergio was so welcoming every night , great piano player in the buffet restaurant. Fantastic bar staff and very good night time entertainment

A beautiful hotel, breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The pool area so clean .The staff were all lovely and very helpful.Carmen left our room so comfortable and clean ,thank you !!

The hills outside hotel was difficult due to health issues. We took a taxis on return journeys .

Lovely hotel, plenty of food, however, aircon in room not working.

Good variety of food and good facilities. We've stayed there a few times in the past as we love it and our kids really do enjoy the kids club.

It was rather warm this weekend and on the first night I realised the aircon wasn't working so I had to sleep with the windows open. On Saturday I spoke to the receptionist and asked her why the aircon was not working. Her response was that during this season it gets turned off and to sleep with the windows open. I really wasnt satisfied by this solution as the previous night I had woken up with noise from outside. And then again this morning (Sunday) we were woken up at 8am by some staff member organising and making sure each of the sun loungers were neatly paired together. The screeching sound they made on the tiles was rather loud for 8am on a Sunday. We love staying at this hotel but for the price we paid I would expect to sleep comfortably and in peace. I hope management takes note of this as it's something simple to address and would go along way to ensuring guests enjoy and relax during their stays.

The hotel were clean, indoor swimming pool was great. Very close to the beach and suitable for all age group.

Food can be better, no drinks included with your dinner even though you pay for half board which was really disappointing. I had to spend a lot on uber to get to places, so be careful about the location when booking.

Superb

We could use the Spa without apointment and as long as we wanted and all without extra payments Also the bar is separated for the night and there are many places to choose.

The only surprise was the small bedroom.
