A perfectly ruined holiday.

Food was fair, but they charge you for plain water at dinner. I asked them for plain water, they charged me $5+ for 2 quarter cups of water. I then brought my own water to dinner, and they fought me. They didn't allow me to have dinner that I had paid for that evening, simply because I brought my water bottle to dinner. They made a very big scene about it! There are so many other hotels in the area. If I were you reading this, I will book another hotel. Don't let anyone ruin your well-deserved holiday. The staff and owners do not care about anyone. I will never return to that hotel. And before I go to Torremolinos next time (if I ever go again), I will find out really well what goes on with drinks, dinner times, breakfast times, etc.

The kind of treatment I received as a customer/guest. I have never had such a horrible experience. One of these days, they will meet the person who will go all the way with them to the court!

Everything was fantastic from location to food. The only problem was mosquitos..we were eaten alive in the room. So much so that I had to wear jeans and a hoodie in bed. Spent over 40 on meds
