Superb

We had a great stay at this property and will definitely come back hopefully during the summer when all of the facilitie

Location, views, facilities for both adults and kids, big rooms with balcony and kitchen and good breakfast selection. Theres an onsite store where you can buy some stuff that you may need. Theres plenty of onsite restaurants. Daily turndown service.

Room Safe is not free, very limited kitchenware (ex. theres a chopping board but no knife), they provided us with a broken plate that they glued together, no iron and ironing board in the rooms (you can borrow the iron at reception but you have to get the ironing board at the laundry room in another level and its usually not there)and you have to go to the reception for anything for ex. borrowing an iron, paying for the use of the laundry room, paying for the use of the in-room safe, paying for the use of the children play area. The onsite store could have more items to be sold too like stuff for the kitchen since every room has a kitchen. Most of the restaurants are closed and will only be open for the summer. The bathroom in the room only has a shower head but no handheld shower. It would be nice to install a heater inside the bathroom to dry the towels or even your swimsuits.

Its a large, clean property well located for the beach

The food choices are terribly limited.. too much Pork products at breakfast and the lunch options are awful. The entertainment was mainly closed with a couple of options for children late in the evening

Overall dispointing experience- not good value for money

Modern hotel in nice setting with nice view from pool area

1. Poor (=non-existent) allergy related presentation of served food- sub standard compared to other hotels in same area 2. Gym was really poorly equipped 3. Different answers in the bars on what is included in "all-inclusive" every time going to bar. Truly tiring and disappointing 4. The need to walk around the hotel to get to beach is not convenient. Perhaps use the underpath under railway going west of hotel and leading to parking outside lobby will improve? 5. Getting pool towels means going to reception (again) to get tickets, then go to spa (wait for long time for other guests to book spa treatments) to get towels. Same procedure when returning. Not the smartest setup. Ask at checkin if pool tickets are needed and move towel handling to bar near pool-area- fixed!!!

Money from the room was gone !!!

Ive been at this hotel from 27 October until 1st of November, Ive never ever experienced such a bad hotels behaviour against people who stayed there, even all inclusive you have to pay extra for everything, towels, drinks, kids treats ( slushies, popcorns, candy floss) alcohol is absolutely undrinkable , even for the money you wont get any normal cocktails. The room I booked was with jacuzzi which wasnt working , no one fixed or changed our room . Toilet was broken, running water all the time, its not nice when you trying to asleep. No blanket for the child only thin sheet, even after begging them for a few times. Beds are undone properly. beach club pools down the hill, about 1 km away. The water in the pool way too cold , lots of people are coughing with running noses. No access to the beach. But the worst part that once I forgot to take my money with me and left at my room , on the desk together with other papers, when I came back , room was cleaned THE MONEY WAS GONE!!! I checked all my stuff, bags everywhere, it was gone !! 150 , I went to a reception, reception manager , my guess , she didnt introduce her self was very offended by my accusation, she starts shout at me, how I dare to come here whit these accusations, I was even more shocked, I do understand its my fault that I left cash in a room , whatsoever no investigation or apology from the hotel. Hotels behaviour its absolutely horrendous. by the way receptionist said its a rare accusations, and still its happening!!!! I lost my trust in any hotel after this , so wrong, people please be aware of this place I would never ever recommend this place
