Nice weekend in an adorable town

So clean and beautiful, the room was really big, the bed so comfortable. So nice that there is a Parking available at the hotel by only 10$ at day

Decent for the area and price

The blanket. It felt weighted and not like cheap hotel sheets.

I dont know if the person that checked us in was stoned, but he mumbled and looked annoyed when we were trying to check in.

Do not stay here

Clean and good location that was about it.

Terrible staff. They checked us into a double when I reserved a king. They were unapologetic about having to switch it. The room didnt have an iron or a hairdryer. I asked for both at the front desk and it took over 30 minutes to get them up there. I believe we were also supposed to have a coffee pot but nope. The staff was frequently nowhere to be seen and just spoke rudely in every interaction we had with them. I also heard them quote a walk in that they would have to pay literally double what we paid for a room that night despite the hotel being basically empty.

It was a little pricey but we were visiting during UCSC move-in weekend, so that was to be expectthe

Location is great. Breakfast is well-stocked and included lots of options including hot prepared foods (scrambled eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat), a waffle station, toasting machine, pastries, yogurt with toppings, oatmeal, milk, several juice options, and by-the-cup coffee machine.

Best Western Wifi was unreliable, but if I signed in with my personal Xfinity ID I had no problem.

Disappointing

I will never come back to this hotel.

Location was convenient to the boardwalk and downtown Santa Cruz.

Our towels were wet and dirty with yellow pee stains. Our room was spacious but very noisy. We could hear people outside our room talking and the street sounds all night. The person at the front desk kept yawning when I called for clean towels. Very unprofessional.

Great location, easy parking

For what it was, it was very expensive and mediocre. The man who checked us in was a bit strange. I had messaged (thru booking) and asked if we could check in at 3 instead of 4 and was told yes. I arrive with my friend closer to 3:30 and the man checking us in told us I dont know if your room is ready, if you go in and its still gross let me know. Very strange customer service. No duvet cover so it was chilly at night, no house keeping as well. Our shower was still dirty from whoever before us. For something that was $700 for two nights I expected a bit more

Good

It was fun and cozy stay

I really liked the front desk person when we checked in, breaking was great the room was super clean

I didnt like that I payed a good amount for the suit with the jetted tub only to find out that the tub didnt have the jets working :/ it really had me dissatisfied.
