Exceptional

I loved the pools, decks and gardens they were so relaxing and well kept. The room was large, comfortable and very clean with lovely views to both the gardens and the sea. The breakfast was also quite good with a lot of options.

The lack of a beach or sea entry is a bit disappointing however there are plenty of good options within walking distance and they tend to be a lot quieter than the ones in downtown Palma.

It was alright. Rooms were clean and quiet, we enjoyed our stay ;)

Everyday cleaning, food in the nearby hotel was nice

Some days we didnt want people to clean our rooms, but the cleaners still waited outside, made us feel uncomfortable and we felt the need to leave. Also, there wasnt a beach access nearby

Excellent Breakfast, spacious room, two swimming pools, quiet

We tried to extend our stay by 1 night, however the reception staff refused to give us quote about the price and told us to book online instead. The price online was above our budget and we left the hotel. The same afternoon we saw that they published available room for lower price. Too bad they dont want to keep their guests for longer.
