    Perfect location, about 10 minute walk to the lake and under 10 minutes to get to the main shops/pubs/restaurants. Room was super clean, had everything you need such as toiletries/hairdryer/TV/tea and coffee making facilities. Such lovely owners and really good value for money.

    Probably the nicest guest house weve stayed in whilst in Bowness, modern, clean perfect location. Cannot fault the property at all and we will definitely be back

    Comfortable, cosy and welcoming!
    This is the perfect location for a property in Bowness. The hosts are super friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make my dads 60th birthday there very special! They really care about the guests staying there! The beds are super comfy and everywhere is very clean. There isn't much we don't love about staying here!
