    Lovely cosy room, perfect for 2 people. External private bathroom was clean and handy too. Very friendly 'staff' with brilliant recommendations of things to do around Windermere. The bed was very comfortable and the tea/coffee maker was a lovely addition. TV there too although we didn't end up using it. Heating was lovely but at times was a bit too warm and couldn't turn it off ourselves (or maybe you could but we couldn't work out how to!) Really wonderful place to stay, a little outside of the town area but nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

    Very enjoyable, lovely B&B
    The host was very welcoming and friendly. Room was big, light and airy with a good ensuite. Very clean. Lost a point just because the single bed mattress was a tad squeaky and the springs could be felt, but otherwise no complaints at all. Didn't have breakfast but the location is good for the village with plenty of places to eat. On street parking wasn't an issue either. Would definitely recommend and I'd stay again.
    Mattress could do with replacing soon.
