    Very efficient and clean.
    Perfect location. Second stay at this lovely place. Staff are friendly well trained and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Parking is ample and secure.

    Warm and cosy room, beautiful view and delicious breakfast
    The room was upgraded for us and was amazing with a beautiful view. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfect.

    Surprise birthday treat
    Lovely clean comfortable room. Good shower in a nice clean ensuite. Staff friendly, helpful and approachable but in no way overbearing. Lots to see and do within easy walking distance.
    Not a criticism but I did feel that the television was in an unusual place. It was in a strange position and at the wrong angle.

    A wonderful weekend in a magical place.
    Excellent location, very clean . Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious.
    It snowed and the stairs had not been salted or gritted and it felt a bit slippy and dangerous.

    Fantastic find in Ironbridge
    Good full English breakfast, juice, tea and coffee, toast, fruit yoghurt. Excellent communication from start to finish. Very comfortable and cosy room, amazing location, directly opposite the Ironbridge. Shower was fantastic. Staff were very attentive and friendly, they couldn't have done more. Added bonus of secure car parking just up the road.
    Not really a complaint but the bathroom could do with something larger than a glass shelf to put toiletries on.

    if i had to be critical the floors creek a lot and very thin walls but its expected from an old building
