Location to the beach was excellant. Main Bedroom bed comfortable.

Nothing Superior At All. No batteries in TV remote - had to buy batteries. Shower was dirty - had to buy shower power to clean it. No Light bulbs in side lamps (found out that to late to buy) and the one lamp that did work was old and had been what looked liked dropped multiple times. All cutlery, plates and glasses/mugs had to be cleaned as filthy. Vacuum cleaner, Broom (head wouldn't stay on), Toastie Maker, all completely broken or not working. Part of the kitchen back splash tiles keep coming away, so had to push back in. The dining table was sticky, to the point if you rested your arms on it they would stick. So basically my first afternoon after arrival i had to try to get the place to some sort of liveable/functioning accommodation. I did try to phone/contact reception and left a message to advise of this but no one contacted me back. As reception in complex closed. For the amount of money they charged me for a superior room, i was beyond disappointed and upset. It was daylight robbery. Have more photos.

Disgusting! An old dirty dated apartment which is extremely overpriced.

The location is about the only thing to like.

The place was absolutely filthy ridden in mould. An old dated stinky building. The lack of hygiene is very bad. The shower smelt like vomit, carpets ridden in dust and dirt. Broken mouldy blinds, insufficient dishware. Mouldy dirty linen and pillows.

Don't stay here.

The location is why I booked this accommodation, so that was good.

The place was dirty when we arrived, the shower was moldy, there was grass and sand in the washing machine, some of the utensils and dishes needed washing before we could use them. The couch was disgustingly dirty, shiny with other people's sweat and skin oil and the cushions were also dirty. We had to cover the couch with blankets just to sit on it. When we arrived, my young children were confronted with a big dick and balls drawn on one of the couch cushions. The blinds were only half attached in the main bedroom, the window in the kids gedroom wouldn't latch/lock. The sliding doors and screens on the verandah were very corroded and difficult to open and shut. Several times when going to the car in the basement there was water/potentially sewage raining down from the sewage pipes on the ceiling. We regularly had difficulty getting the car park gate to open with the key from inside the carpark. The pool was also filthy, cloudy, with bandaids and hair and God knows what else floating in it. We couldn't swim in it. There was hardly any usable utensils or cooking pans, those that were there were so damaged we had trouble using them. The knives were all old and blunt and couldn't even cut fruit before I sharpened them a bit. The TV couldn't connect to the WiFi, so we couldn't use Netflix etc as advertised. I had to go and buy cleaning products because there were no usable cleaning products in the apartment. There was a battery powered vacuum cleaner but it was flat and had no charger. The iron was from the 70's and probably a fire risk. All up, the place is an absolute dump and I wouldn't stay there again for a quarter of what I was charged. If I hadn't prepaid, I wouldn't be paying full price for sure.

Great little gem

Great location with easy access to the beaches and shops. The pool was prefect for the kids when it was too hot and the BBQ facilities were great too.
