The manager Chris was awesome!

Booking online with a 3rd party such as booking.com is not always as accurate as advertised. I booked a 1 bedroom suite with a pull out couch but got a 1 bed no pull out and paid extra to correct it.

Disappointing

I expected more

Very clean and there is a table and a kitchen with some cups and dishes.

Wi fi speed is non existent, Blinders dont close so everyone from the street can see interior of the room, grill is nice, but there is constant smell in the hotel, hotel premises are a bit chaotic and dont look very welcoming. Hotel is very very audible: god forbid someone moves in on a floor above you and decides to unpack a little bit - youre gonna wake up for sure.

Disappointing

Sketchy.

The location was great and staff was very friendly.

The AC and heat were not able to be controlled well. Either too hot or too cold. No breakfast. The coffee was horrible in the small room downstairs. No kcups in each room. No hairdryer in each room, as it's a basic is every hotel I've stayed at for the last many years. A lot of money for a very old uncomfortable hotel. A very tiny lobby, booked here because my daughter's friend's mom was staying here, and there wasn't a transitional common area to socialize with her. Felt like an old 1980s motel. I would not ever recommend this, especially when I paid almost 400 for two nights.
