Absolutely worst experience I had so far while travelling! I highly recommend to AVOID this hotel! There is so many issues but I'll try to address them all. First of all, we got scammed with the "premium" room upgrade. Receptionist offered to join hotel loyalty program, which is free and by joining to avail 25% discount. What receptionist "forgot" to mention is that discount is applied only to price of upgrade (which is at the end 4e a day, so nothing). So if you end up choosing this hotel, avoid any offers! Premium room is only premium in the title, there is nothing premium in it. Free coffee, milk and tea is not been refilled from the day one (after we complained, there refilled 2 days and stopped again). Room is absolutely shockingly full of dust, we had constant issue with sneezing and coughing. Filter in air con weren't changed I guess from 1990. Room was not cleaned at all (they cleaned one day when, you guessed, we complained) Amazing that next to the bed, behind extremely thin wall was the sewage drain pipe and every time someone flushes, it's so loud and annoying. Also, don't count that you will rest and sleep in this hotel. Reception manager Gustavo is probably one of the most unpleasant and unpolite people. When I said about the room cleanliness, his answer was "do you want me to clean it?", oh yeah, and no single apologies is been said in any complaints. And for the end, don't count in gym and inside pool, gym have 4 machines and some kids playing in it and size is 4 square metres. Pool was so dirty imand foggy that we decided not to use at all. Palma is beautiful place but experience is bein ruined by hotel staff.
