Very nice front desk assistance, very clean rooms, bathrooms were clean with great ventilation, nice location, breakfast was great.

The bunk beds have a metallic skeleton, super squeaky. The stairs to the upper beds are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is far away from the room.

Excellent location would appreciate not being racially profiled.

The privacy of the private room. Location is amazing, and breakfast wasn't bad. Mostly everyone traveling was really nice. Price was good and bathrooms were close and cleaned. Elevator is extremely slow. Great for solo travelers.

Racial profiling. I am a black woman that checked in the same time as an white Irish male. I had a reservation, he didn't. I was asked for my ID to be scanned and photo copied, then saved for file by the young man checking me in. However the Irish guy next to me never was. He was asked to show his ID and then they gave it back. No photo copy, scan, or savings for file. Just as identification verification as it should be.

Great location in a chill part of Chicago

The location in Lincoln Park is very nice, the neighborhood felt very safe and cozy at night. There were lots of little items you could buy during the stay such as food or souvenirs. They really kept the place clean

The bed wasn't great, it was too squishy. I think the shared bathrooms are a bigger concern; there are no places to put things like soap or shampoo except the ground, and there isn't much privacy with just one door with a hook hanging outside the shower

Location is nice. Staff is very nice, you can leave your luggage and the breakfast is okay. Clean bathroom. Value for money.

The bed was a bit shaky, but its still a hostel.
