    Loved my stay.
    I had been afraid to stay in a hostel before, but now l think l will just stay in hostels. I loved that they had ppl l could meet and talk to and also events happening to get ppl to open up to each other. Love the couches on the second floor for that reason. Love the fridge available and dish washer. Love the book of suggestions in the city.
    I really wish there were more options for breakfast. I really didn't like that there was an ac unit directly above my bed at night. Made me feel super cold. That can also make someone get a cold. BUT l was grateful that they had blankets to provide.

    The location, breakfast are great.
    The central heating might be not got cleaned for long(?), my throat and nose are kinda sensitive, they became very uncomfortable from the second night.

    very good.
    The location is perfect. It is close to the downtown of chicago, like Millennium Park and The Art Institute of Chicago. This hotel has a wonderful and huge public area, where you can talk with your friends, enjoy the reading, or play ping-pong and billards.
    The beds are too soft and they make me uncomfortable. I suggest the hotel to change the beds with harder mattress.

    The staff were very friendly and the downtown Chicago location is great! There were decent breakfast options and the suite we had was clean. The bathroom also had a decent amount of privacy for a hostel bathroom. Didn't get to explore all of the facilities due to a short stay but seemed like there was alot to do in the lounge, for example
    The room was a bit plain. While the location is overall good it was close to the L train which could be mildly loud at night but not much
