Very good

Lovely hotel full of character with great staff.

Really friendly helpful welcome. Helped us change one of the rooms when we realised that it was on the third floor and there are a lot of stairs! Rooms were very nicely furnished and very clean. Rooms have double glazing so there was no traffic noise.

Probably should be clearer that there are 3 floors and lots of stairs and no lift. We had to change my mother's room as she is 88 and couldn't manage all the stairs - this meant we had to pay extra for another room as there were no single rooms left on the lower floors. If we had realised that was the case we would have made a special request when booking. Despite having to pay extra the receptionist was very helpful and did his best to find a solution. i think that there should be a kettle and tea/coffee in the room too as in most UK hotels.

Very good

One night stay 28/12/23.

Friendly staff, good location. Clean and comfortable, good WiFi, good toiletries in room & lovely large towels. Breakfast not tried but looks good.

No tea or coffee facilities in room But kettle etc in communial area. Would be nice if there was a table lamp in room.

Lovely quirky hotel, clean, comfortable beds!

Beds, cleanliness, quirk, staff :)

No kettle in bedroom, very tiny tiny room, shared bathroom no so keen on, not informed of 50 deposit in any emails. Could have had to go all the way back home to Portsmouth and lost travel fare and cancelled my gig. Not informed about bringing card I paid with- very easily could have not brought that. Just Incase for next person.
