Parking area way too small, snacks should be complimentary in rooms. Price is ridiculous, breakfast food was not good an late each morning.

Well , atleast you could make your own food lol ...

Everything wasn't how they displayed it in photos. I come from nyc and I wanted to go out somewhere beautiful .... however when we got to the location it looked like a booked a trip to the hood lol alcoholics and drugs addicts all over the place with no decent places to go in the neighborhood they food was terrible not only that but they messed up my order twice for the 2 days we were there smh . The rooftop pool could only fit like 4 or 5 ppl in it , it's not even a real pool . I don't recommend this place I rate it a 2-10 .

Maybe the rooftop bar is worth a visit but the hotel is not worth the money they are charging.

The hotel is 5 blocks away from the famous Santurce Art Walk area. There is a great view from the rooftop area. I like the breakfast being delivered to the room in the morning however the rooms are very small and the tiny table in the corner is built in and facing a wall so if there were two people in the room youd have no other choice but to eat on the bed. Would have been nice to have the option of eating at the rooftop tables

The rooftop pool is small and is in the middle of the rooftop restaurant area. Its not relaxing or private to be in the pool while diners are at the bar or eating at the tables. Very disappointing. The luxury suites in the name are a misnomer and while the staff were friendly and helpful this hotel is definitely not value for money. While its near the street mural area this hotel is very isolated and not in a tourist area. Low level of security. No keys needed to walk into the driveway and up the fire exits doors to whatever level you want, or to use the lift. I asked for milk with breakfast but I never received any and while the guy who delivered the food said hed bring some back for me- he never did. Unless you have your own streaming service subscriptions then the TV is nearly useless- most of the free channels didnt work.
