    I was warmer in a tent in the Himalayas
    As I wrote on Instagram last night, "It is so cold in my room that first I got out of bed and put socks on, then long underwear, then my winter jacket and finally my heavy fleece pants. Ive tried to turn up the heat but Im 76 years old and small (52) so I had to drag the unstable chair over to the thermostat and stand on it. Its 11.40 at night and Ive not been able to sleep. The duvet is thin and there are no extra blankets. What a disaster."

    Hotel fine - just fix the pedestrian walk thru car park to garage.
    B/fast fine- can I talk about your location in relation to the airport- you need to make it easy and obvious as to how to get from the hotel to airport on foot - so I ended up getting lost in the multi story car park. You need to signpost the entire area clearly marking out the best and obvious way with getting lost.!!
    You need to clearly mark out the route from hotel lobby to airport departure with clearl signs both on the ground but also fixed to lamp posts railings. At one point I could see where the airport was but there was an 6foot high steel fence blocking my way

    Its just beside the arrival gate, and you can wheel your luggage on an airport trolley into the hotel. There are walking paths to reach. Check in and check out were smooth. The breakfast was amazing. Huge buffet spread and each dish cooked so well. A lot of thought put into the spread, this really was one of the best buffet breakfasts Ive ever had at a hotel, and trust me Ive been to dozens of hotels all around the world.
    The room was really small and basic.
