i arrived at the hotel to be told because i was late my room had been canceld even tho i had messaged the hotel a number of times on here explaining i would be checking in late after 00:00 etc leaving us with nowhere to go at 03:40 in the morning after travelling for 5 hours in the uk to get to the airport then waiting at the airport for 5 hours because our delayed flight was delayed so was very exhausted and just wanted to lie down the woman was rude and very unfreindly and basicly said theres nothing she could do and argued with us luckily a nearby hotel had a spare room i find this very unfair and quite frankly disgusting as i had already paid for the room and it ruined the start of my holiday this is unacceptable and this is one of the worst things to ever happen to me she did the same to an elderly couple who were also on our flight. Booking.com gave me a refund which i am pleased with. Avoid this hotel as they will sell your room that youve paid for leaving you out in the cold and snow! Disgusting

A comfortable and very convenient short stay. I would recommend it to anyone with an early flight.

Breakfast excellent and was served conveniently very early in the morning Staff very pleasant and efficient, Hotel very convenient to airport. Attractive lobby. Room was small but all needed for a brief overnight stay

Room too cold and I could not get it warm enough but then I like it very warm. Could not figure out how to turn out all but the bedside lights.

Good stay, quiet place, nice food on restaurant and breakfast

All of them were quite well.

I came walking from the airport. and only found the entrance from the stairs. There was no signal showing i should contour the corner to find the mains entrance.
