I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Club Palm Bay-Marawila, and I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this hotel was severely lacking in professionalism and customer care.
First and foremost, the front desk staff left much to be desired. It was evident that they lacked the necessary training and education to handle their responsibilities effectively. Their incompetence was not only frustrating but also led to unnecessary delays and confusion during check-in. It's disheartening to encounter uneducated employees who are unable to provide even basic assistance or answer simple questions.
The buffet offered at the hotel was another major letdown. Despite its cheap price, the quality of the food was subpar at best. The limited variety of options, coupled with lackluster taste and presentation, left a lot to be desired. It's disappointing to pay for a service that fails to meet even the most basic standards of a decent meal.
Adding insult to injury, the employees throughout the hotel were consistently rude and unhelpful. It seemed as though they had no interest in providing a positive experience for guests. Their lack of friendlinessy and professionalism only further exacerbated the already disappointing stay. It's unacceptable to be treated with such disdain and disregard when paying for a service.
Overall, my stay at Club Palm Bay-Marawila, was a complete disaster. The uneducated front desk staff, poor buffet, and consistently rude employees made it abundantly clear that this hotel does not prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of its guests. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment and urge the management to invest in proper training for their staff and improve the overall quality of their services.
