Very good

Nice hotel for sleeping, good wifi, room for improving housekeeping service.

The facilites are fine, the hotel is modest but clean and good. It is small but enough for what you are paying for.

That the housekeeping service was not daily and was not full and the housekeeping person was not always available but when she was she was in a bad mood.

Location

Staff was not friendly. Our room stunk. None of the ice machines worked. We checked every floor. The hot tub was filled with sand. The breakfast. Was not very tasty either. Disappointed. I have been to comfort inns in the past and they were amazing. This was not a comfortable stay

Kind of dirty hot tub broken and dirty maids had their kids while cleaning did not do are beds I paid pay at property and they pulled the payment for the first night booked 2 rooms havent got my refund

Disappointing

We didn't have a pleasant stay at this hotel. We got to the hotel at almost 5 for check-in. The front desk lady gave us the key and when we entered the room, we realized it wasn't ready (undone bed and towels on the floor and bathroom, etc.) They told us to wait so they could clean it. After a while, they gave us another room. The main reason we chose this hotel was because it has an indoor pool, which wasn't opened, we were told that we could go to another hotel's pool across the street. Which I wasn't ok with it because they weren't giving the service they were supposed to provide. My kids wanted to go to the pool so we went for 30-45 min... They should've specify that before booking a room... I would've look for another hotel. Next day, we started picking up our things and went for a walk and came back around 9:00am and the cleaning lady had already started cleaning our room because she thought we had already left. We felt that they were rushing us to leave. Check-out was supposed to be at 11:00am. We decided to check out around 10:00am. I expected more for what we paid for... never going to that hotel again.
