    Location
    First the room was not ready when it was supposed to be so we had to wait for them to finish cleaning. That would have been fine but once our room was finally ready, we found literally dog poop on the floor next to the bed, so we had to leave again while they sanitized it, at the same time we asked for the sheets to be changed because of the dog poop and they said they will but they didnt and told us they were sure they were cleaned so we had to call again and leave again while they changed them. Then on our final night the A/C stopped working and we had to call the front desk to fix it , they fixed it and it worked fine for about an hour before it shut off and it kept going on and off throughout the whole night.

    Mediocre runny eggs hard biscuits. Other than that it was fair
    room's could have been cleaner hair in the shower overall it could have been cleaner had a great time in Ruidoso. Will probably stay elsewhere next time

    The staff was great but the building was dirty, the stay was ok

    It was not clean. Had to go get my towels everyday. I was there for a week and my room was never clean. They never came to change the linen ever. There was dried food on the counter by the sink.
