Superb

A nice place to stay. I would book it again.

It was a fifteen minute drive from the airport, and a safe and clean place to spend the night before an early morning flight. The breakfast bar was very good and the staff friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

An inviting and warm shelter on a windy and cold night.

Location was perfect. Parking lot was well lit and hotel n easy on and off from the highway. Staff was very accommodatingfinding me a hot chocolate packet when I told them I do not drink coffee. Christmas cookies and ice water in the lobby were a pleasant surprise.

The elevator looked like a service elevator with all the dents and scrapes on the walls. When we stepped into the room there was a dip in the floor outside the bathroom that could have been a serious fall hazard. Because the floor was not level they adjusted the bathroom door by cutting a wedge out of the top and bottom leaving gaps. It barely latched shut and did not lock. The smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and was not even functional - I noticed in the middle of the night that was no light periodically blinking to show it was active. The lobby outside the 2nd floor elevator - the chairs and table were dusty.
