Room was nice

The pull-out sofa bed had crumbs on the mattress and the breakfast on that particular day was not good at all. We never had an issue with the breakfast prior to this time.

It was an overall nice stay

The front desk staff was so great and warm and helpful

The beds were comfortable the room was a good size. (Loved the lounge chair) Cleaning staff only made the bed once during the 4 day stay. Would have liked the amenities to have been replenished (soap, shampoo, body lotio)

The location was wonderful, and the front desk staff was helpful and friendly!

Pool area OVER run with unattended children. No one checking in to see what was happening in Pool area. Very loud, too loud! Couldn't enjoy hot tub either, kids jumping in hot tub! Housekeeping is sketchy! Had a tag on our door which was IGNORED by housekeeping! She thought my husband left, but he came back in the room and she walked right in and he confronted her, and she said. "Oh, I'm sorry I thought no one was in here." She clearly saw the tag on the door and I did report it to the front desk.

Overall I was happy and would stay her again.

Great staff, comfy beds.

The rooms floors could have been cleaned better. Tile bathroom tile floor was dirty and carpet needed to be vacuumed better.

It was nice

I liked the location and the staff was super nice and I asked for extra pillows and got them!

The toilet seat in our room was broken. There was a stain on one computer chair and the couch cushion.
