    This was a very centrally located hotel with comfortable sleeping arrangements. I traveled alone but met up with a wedding party for a reception and we were all close to each other and able to spend some time together. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub. Breakfast was good.
    The pool apparently closed at 9pm, at least that's what the front desk told me, which seemed pretty early, and breakfast ended early as well. All in all it was a decent stay. The major complaint I have is the singular elevator and making it feel like a long trek to some of our rooms, especially for our pregnant guest.

    The room could have been cleaner. The carpet was stained, and the toilet was not totally clean.

    It's a nice facility.
    It was a very nice room. The beds were very comfortable.
    The heat in the room was VERY hard to regulate. We were expecting a bathtub and got a shower.

    I will be looking for a different place to stay.
    Location is excellent. Configuration of room is good.
    They now only clean the rooms every 3 nights unless you request otherwise, however they didnt clean ours at all in 4 nights. They should at least empty trash and refresh towels daily. If they want you to reuse towels, provide a place to hang them up. Used towels not hung do not dry. If u want me to wipe up minor spills, put paper towels in the room. Better yet just clean daily without having to ask!!! The entire hotel could use a decorating refresh. We stay there several times a year and quality has declined.

    Mediocre stay but was less expensive than the Hilton.
    Windows opened to allow cool breeze. Decent WiFi.
    No towels in pool area. My key card stopped working every day, which was aggravating ( and NO, I dont store it near my phone or other cards!) When my newly minted key card wouldnt open the pool door the desk clerk informed me that I had to ask to be let in. When I mentioned this to the day clerk the next morning she said shed never heard that one. The property is dated & beat up.

    Never will i try comfort hotels it was my fault should of went with different name but the 8.8 star
    You also know when lighting is always dim their hiding old issues. Breakfast was bad and it gave us something to keep talking about how bad this was for the rest of trip.
    OMG! I picked this one because of reviews wow i was wrong the smell in room was horrible. I knew we were in trouble when the air conditioner was on so slow to keep smell down.
