Superb

Friendly, professional and clean! Very comfortable room--heater worked extremely well and quickly.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable as were the pillows. The room was spacious, had a laundry bag and was very clean. The clerk that checked me in was friendly, polite and professional and the checkout was very streamlined. My only hope is that I get billed only for the duration of my stay as I had to cancel the final night the day before.

I was very pleased with my stay, and I would definitely stay again.

The staff was nice and polite. The room was spacious and clean.

The bed, but that is every bed in every hotel. So it really doesnt count.

Disappointing

I would definitely not recommend to anyone I know to stay there and we definitely wont be back.

Close to our event

Our room was on the ground floor. All we requested was a king size bed. We got a handicapped room, the shower area flooded the bathroom when showering, the sink was where the bed was. Lightning was horrible. Traffic was non stop as our room was basically in Walmart parking lot. The hot tub was dirty. Our checkout time was 11 am on Sunday. Someone was banging on our door at 739 am to slip our bill under the door with a ZERO BALANCE..
