CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to start with this so this review does not initially appear negative regarding the hotel because I can't say enough good things. I actually had to cancel my reservation prior to our stay so I can't speak much to the hotel itself but what I can rave about is the outstanding customer service this hotel offers. I made the huge mistake of using Booking.com to make this reservation and will never again use them. I started the cancellation process well in advance of a few weeks so timing was not an issue. Booking.com was completely awful to work with in doing this. After many, many hours on hold, the multiple phone calls back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com I have learned a very valuable lesson to book direct every time. Over 3 months later, I finally received a refund. ANDREW (Hotel Manager) WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH HIS LEVEL OF PATIENCE, NOT ONLY WITH MY NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS BUT HAVING TO SPEAK TO BOOKING.COM MULTIPLES TIMES ATTEMPTING TO DO EVERYTHING HE COULD TO MAKE SURE I RECEIVED MY REFUND. IT WAS NO FAULT OF THIS HOTEL FOR THE DELAY. MY FAMILY AND I PASS THROUGH THIS AREA YEARLY AND WILL BE SURE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL SO I CAN PERSONALLY THANK ANDREW FOR HIS AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUT FIRST I WILL CALL AND BOOK OUR STAY BEFORE I EVER USE A THIRD PARTY AGAIN. IF I CAN STOP ONE PERSON FROM MAKING THE MISTAKE OF USING BOOKING.COM THEN THIS POST IS WORTH IT. ESPECIALLY TO MAKE SURE THE HOTEL RECEIVES RECOGNITION!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!
