I had a pleasant experience with the first two employees. The morning employees were very rude. I had an issue that I booked two rooms and forgot to cancel one of the stays on bookings.com and asked if I could use that booking for the next day instead of canceling it, or if I can just use both rooms the same night, the lady said I can use the room for tomorrow the following morning. I had the most awful experience with both manager and the other larger the younger white lady working there. She was very rude kept blowing up her phone to check out was getting angry that we parked in the front to load up our stuff and she was trying to make us check out by taking all of her belongings out of the hotel and then checking back in and then following to proceeded to say there was no more rooms available when they were rooms available and then she proceeded to ban us from this hotel. This was completely unacceptable considering we had an emergency because our apartment had mold in it and we were going to have a two week stay here but with her working there she was very rude and we dont know whats going on and we would like a full refund because this was just absurd and uncalled for considering it was me my 3 kids and 2 service animals and 1 year old grand child. The younger manager also was just more concerned with flirting with the construction workers working in the property and being disrespectful.
